PNN – American Senator Elizabeth Warren demanded to stop sending American weapons to the Zionist regime.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing Al Jazeera, American Senator Warren wrote in his user account on X social media (former Twitter): The extremist government of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu deliberately prevents humanitarian aid from reaching Gaza.
She stated that it is very terrible that Palestinians who need urgent aid are dying of hunger, and stressed that the United States should not continue to send bombs and military equipment to this regime.
Chris Van Hollen, another American senator, also said that the famine in Gaza is not the result of a natural disaster, but was caused by the policies of the Zionist regime. He demanded that the United States impose its conditions on Tel Aviv for sending humanitarian aid to Gaza and make the continuation of sending military equipment to this regime conditional on Israel’s cooperation in sending as much humanitarian aid to the region as possible.
He wrote in his user account on social media X (former Twitter): The continued operation of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestinian Refugees (UNRWA) in Gaza is a vital issue, but Benjamin Netanyahu and his extremist allies intend to destroy it from the ground up.
The Maryland state senator stated that UNRWA was the main factor in the distribution of humanitarian aid in Gaza and it cannot be dismantled and said: (Regime) Israel has so far produced no evidence that UNRWA staff were involved in the October 7 attacks and their claims about UNRWA working with Hamas are false, so Joe Biden should resume his support for UNRWA.
Earlier, Senator Chris Van Hollen had warned the Zionist regime that if its soldiers attack the city of Rafah in the south of Gaza, the United States will stop selling weapons to this regime.
He stated in a statement: If the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime plans a massive attack on Rafah, stopping the sale of weapons to this regime will be on the table.
On the other hand, the media of the Zionist regime reported earlier that the US President Joe Biden’s government has warned the officials of this regime that if the operation against Rafah is carried out with the presence of a large number of Palestinians, it will delay the delivery of weapons to Israel.
Biden has made contradictory statements about attacking Rafah and limiting arms sales to Israel. While he said last year that the proposal to condition military aid to Israel “is worth thinking about.” But recently he stated in an interview that he will continue to send weapons to (the) Israel, while saying that the killing of civilians in Gaza is his “red line”.
