The British Home Secretary was dismissed

PNN – Suella Braverman, the controversial Home Secretary of England, who described the demonstrations of supporters of Palestine as hateful in this country, was dismissed (Monday) during the reshuffle of the British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak’s cabinet.

According to Pakistan News Network, Bravarman made harsh statements against anti-Israel demonstrations in England and demanded the cancellation of these protest movements.

Last week, he claimed in a note to the London Times newspaper that the London police chief is tolerant of Palestinian supporters and ignores the presence of radical Islamist elements in anti-Israel demonstrations. These statements were met with a wave of anger from the opposition political parties, and supporters of Palestine also demanded his removal in their demonstrations.

Rishi Sunak’s spokesperson said in a briefing with reporters last week that Mrs. Bravarman’s article has not been approved by the Prime Minister’s Office and its content is under review. According to the British media, Bravarman resigned from the Ministry of Interior (Monday) during the reshuffle of Sunak’s cabinet, and this development is considered a major victory for the supporters of Palestine.
