The British Prime Minister, a supporter of Israel, was also shocked by the massacre in Gaza

PNN – British Prime Minister Rishi Sonak said that London is shocked by the “bloodshed” in Gaza and that this war “must end.”

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, quoted by AFP, Sonak emphasized in a statement on Saturday: We continue to support Israel’s right to defend itself against the threat of Hamas and defend its security.

He added: But the whole of England is shocked by this bloodshed. This terrible war must end.

Sonak stated that the children of Gaza need “an immediate humanitarian break leading to a sustainable long-term ceasefire”.

He said: “This is the fastest way to release the hostages (prisoners) and to bring aid (to Gaza) and to stop the war and the death of people.”

British Foreign Minister David Cameron stated in a statement on Friday that a version of which was published on the website of the British Foreign Ministry, stated that the Zionist regime should learn from the killing of the employees of the “World Central Kitchen” organization in Gaza and make sure that it does not happen again.

He stated that the Zionist regime should also provide the minimum requirements for the work of UN representatives in Gaza.

The British foreign minister warned that the “situation in Gaza is dire” and that the entire population living in this strip faces the prospect of famine without immediate change (of the Israeli regime’s policies).

He said: Ultimately, we need an urgent ceasefire to increase the transfer of humanitarian aid to Gaza and the withdrawal of hostages (Israeli prisoners).

Last Monday, the UN Security Council passed a resolution in support of an immediate ceasefire in the Gaza Strip. In this resolution, all parties are asked to respect the immediate cessation of hostilities during the holy month of Ramadan, but the occupation regime’s crimes against the oppressed Palestinian people continue despite the approval of this resolution.
