News sources reported that the Israeli Prime Minister’s office on Friday approved the plan of the Israeli army’s military operation in Rafah in the south of the Gaza Strip, and the Israeli army is preparing to carry out this operation.

Russia’s Elium news agency reported on Friday that Benjamin Netanyahu approved the war cabinet’s proposed plans for military operations in Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.

“Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu approved the plans for the operation in Rafah and the army is preparing for it and is also ready to evacuate residents and refugees from Rafah,” the statement released by the Israeli Prime Minister’s Office said.

The green light of the Israeli cabinet regarding plans for military operations in Rafah has been given by the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime in a situation where there is global opposition to this decision of the Zionist regime and the authorities of many countries and international organizations, including the United Nations, have repeatedly expressed concern about the consequences of the attack. The Zionist regime has warned this region.

Earlier, Hebrew sources, citing Netanyahu’s office, reported that Hamas’ proposals to establish a ceasefire and exchange prisoners from both sides were rejected by the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime.

In this connection, the Palestinian news agency “Sama” reported that the office of the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime, Benjamin Netanyahu, claimed in a statement: “The new position of Hamas regarding the ceasefire negotiations is still based on “baseless demands”.

In this regard, the Al-Watan Palestine news site reported that after the end of the security and political discussions, the Zionist war cabinet today (Friday) described the demands of the Hamas movement as illogical and decided not to accept the proposal of Hamas and further negotiations to achieve to send a delegation to Qatar in the coming days according to the agreement of the exchange of prisoners and the ceasefire in Gaza.

Al Jazeera Qatar news channel also quoted the office of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu as announcing that an Israeli delegation will go to Doha to conduct further negotiations regarding the deal of Israeli prisoners in Gaza.

Al Jazeera Qatar did not mention the exact time of the visit of this Zionist delegation to Doha.

The city of Rafah houses more than one million and four hundred thousand Palestinian refugees, and the refugees in this area are facing a severe shortage of drinking water, food and minimal facilities for life. At the same time, the Zionist regime is preventing the entry of international humanitarian aid to the Gaza Strip with a severe siege.
