According to al-Mayadeen, the Hebrew media reported that Yossi Shariel, the commander of the spy unit known as 8200, who previously had doubts about his survival after the massive attack by Hezbollah in Lebanon, plans to resign.

Before this, Al-Akhbar newspaper wrote about Shariel: This man showed 2 big security blunders; First, he failed to identify the Al-Aqsa storm operation, and second, he violated the security protocols regarding keeping his identity hidden and revealed his true identity in cyberspace six months after the start of the Al-Aqsa storm operation.
