The dangerous plan of the Zionist regime was to occupy water resources and dams in southern Syria.
A local source in Syria confirmed to Al-Mayadeen that some of the Zionist troops withdrew from the Raqqad Dam axis near Sidon in the occupied Golan Heights and moved towards Tal Saqi in these heights.
The mentioned area overlooks Lake Yarmouk and the southern outskirts of Quneitra. He added that the Zionist regime had left another part of its troops on the axis extending between Barracks 74, Raqqad, and Ta’im. The occupiers’ advances in Syria are focused on water sources and dams in the south of the country.
It has also been reported that the Zionist occupiers have installed advanced communication equipment on the heights of Qarz al-Naql, located on the outskirts of Quneitra. This area overlooks the occupied Majdal al-Shams and the occupiers’ supply lines to the Lebanese borders.
Since the overthrow of the Bashar al-Assad regime, the Zionist occupiers have occupied parts of the south of the country in addition to bombing various regions of Syria.
