This note states: Leaders and ideologues of Western countries like to claim that the liberal capitalist system has provided the progress of humanity in all areas and has become a big step forward compared to the past periods. According to them, now for them, the discussion of human rights is in the top position both in domestic affairs and in interaction with the outside world. Of course, this is a blatant lie.
