PNN – At the same time as the expansion of the military operations of the Zionist regime in the border city of Rafah and the martyrdom of dozens of innocent Palestinians, the European Union foreign ministers emphasized the need to comply with the rulings of the International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court regarding the necessity of stopping the war in the Gaza Strip and avoiding threats to judicial authorities.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, the senior diplomats of the European countries who have gathered to participate in the monthly meeting of the members of the council in Brussels, considered it necessary to implement the judgments of The Hague Court and they are going to discuss with the foreign ministers of the five Arab countries Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar about the ways to stop the war in Gaza to discuss and exchange opinions.
Josep Burrell, in charge of foreign policy of the European Union, told reporters before the start of the Council meeting: There have been many developments in recent days. The prosecutor of the International Criminal Court has requested an arrest warrant for Benjamin Netanyahu (Prime Minister of the Zionist regime), Yoav Galant (Minister of War of this regime) and three Hamas officials. This is an important decision by the prosecutor; We must respect the work of the court and allow it to do its work without threats.
He continued: But unfortunately this is not the case, the prosecutor and the court have been accused of anti-Semitism, as always when Netanyahu does not agree with an issue. In my opinion, this accusation against the prosecutor is completely unacceptable; The accusation of anti-Semitism is very heavy in such circumstances.
The European Union foreign policy official added: But more important is the ruling of the International Court of Justice (about stopping military operations in Rafah) that must be implemented. Unfortunately, following the issuance of this verdict, we saw that (the Israeli regime) continues its military actions. This morning, more than 30 people were killed in a camp, and now it is important that the judgment of the court be implemented.
Burrell said that today in the meeting attended by the foreign ministers of five Arab countries, the future of the war in Gaza and how to implement the so-called two-state solution will be discussed and exchanged.
Referring to the continued aggression of the Zionist regime against the Gaza Strip and the expansion of illegal settlements in the West Bank, he stated that the prospect of a two-state solution has been weakened.
The official of the European Union’s foreign policy stated that the members of the European Union consider it necessary to implement the judgments of the court, and added: But we do not have the magical power to implement it… and therefore more interactions must be done to realize a political solution.

The Italian Defense Minister strongly criticized the Zionist regime’s attacks on Rafah.
International laws are for everyone
The German Foreign Minister, who is known as one of the traditional supporters of the Zionist regime, told reporters: The ruling of the International Court of Justice that Israel must quickly stop its military attack in Rafah is binding and must be respected.
Analena Baerbok clarified: International humanitarian law applies to everyone, including Israel’s (regime) actions in the Gaza war.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Italy also stated in a statement: We are willing to recognize the independent state of Palestine on the condition that both Israel (regime) recognizes Palestine as a country and Palestine as Israel.
Antonio Tajani said that last week he met with the authorities of the Palestinian Authority in Rome, the capital of Italy, and consulted about this.
The leaders of the Zionist regime angrily drew a line for three European countries and warned about the consequences of this decision. However, Ireland’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Michael Martin, today posted a message on the X social network (formerly Twitter) and wrote: Ireland, Norway and Spain officially recognize Palestine tomorrow. This joint decision shows the determination of our three countries to make a fundamental change in the paradigm. He clarified that there is no military solution to the conflict between Palestine and Israel.
The Saudi Foreign Minister, who is in Brussels, defended the decision of the three European countries and said: Israel (the regime) cannot decide on the Palestinians’ right to self-determination.
Faisal bin Farhan claimed: It is absolutely necessary for Israel to accept that it cannot exist without the existence of the Palestinian state. I hope the Israeli authorities understand that cooperation with the international community in order to form an independent Palestinian state within the framework of the 1967 borders is the best option.
During the past seven months, the Zionist regime has launched a massive massacre in Gaza and, while closing all the crossings and preventing the arrival of relief aid, has turned this area into a ruin.
This regime also plans to attack the border city of Rafah, where more than a million Palestinians have taken refuge, under the pretext of destroying Hamas. This issue has aroused the concern of the international community and they have warned the Zionist regime that such an action will worsen the humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip.
Last Friday, the head of the International Court of Justice issued a ruling demanding the cessation of the military operations of the Zionist regime in Rafah.
Referring to the humanitarian crisis in the Gaza Strip, Judge Nawaf Salam said: According to the Genocide Prohibition Treaty, any operation in Rafah may lead to partial or total destruction in this city, and Israel (regime) must quickly stop military attacks on Rafah; From our point of view, any military operation in Rafah will cause total destruction in the region.
He added: Israel must stop military operations or any other operations in Rafah and reopen the Rafah crossing. (The regime) Israel must also ensure the entry of any fact-finding committee into the Gaza Strip to investigate the accusation of genocide.
Based on this, what seems obvious is that the longer the conflict in Gaza goes on, the more difficult it will be for its traditional supporters in the West to continue supporting this regime and the more isolated it will be in the international arena.
