In this regard, the English newspaper Financial Times, quoting its exclusive sources, revealed that American and European diplomats, after Tel Aviv’s recent daring and terrorist actions in the region, quickly tried to hold an urgent meeting to find a solution to save this regime from danger. Existence and anger are the focus of resistance against this regime.
In this regard, the English media wrote: The European Union officials tried to reduce the tension in the region and prevent the spread of war in the West Asian region yesterday Tuesday by sending “Enrique Mora”, the senior European diplomat and the secretary of the Strategic Council of Foreign Relations of the European Union to Tehran. They called on the parties involved in the region to exercise restraint and reduce tension.
It should be noted that the general public relations of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced on Wednesday that Ismail Haniyeh, the head of the political office of Hamas, and one of his bodyguards were martyred when their residence was hit in Tehran. IRGC Public Relations added that the cause and dimensions of this incident are being investigated and the results will be announced later.
Also, in another statement, Lebanon’s Hezbollah confirmed on Wednesday that the Zionist enemy attacked the suburbs of Beirut on the evening of Tuesday, July 30, 2024, and Fawad Ali Shekar, the chief commander of this movement, was martyred in yesterday’s terrorist attack by the Zionist occupation regime on the southern suburbs of Beirut.
