PNN – Luis Moreno Ocambo, the former prosecutor of the International Court of Justice, reacted to the recent crime committed by the Zionist regime in Khan Yunis, and called for the creation of an international law mechanism to hold Israel accountable.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, in an exclusive interview with Al-Jazeera, Okambo stated that the crime committed by the Zionists in al-Mawasi is a war crime and that an immediate investigation should be conducted regarding this incident.
He considered this action of the Israeli army as a violation of the recent resolution of the International Court of Justice for a cease-fire and cessation of conflict.
He added: Israel has expressed its intention for al-Mawasi’s crime, while the International Court of Justice warned Israel almost a month ago that it has no right to attack Rafah, because there is no safe place for Palestinian civilians to take refuge.
Okambo said that the international community can set up a mechanism to punish countries that obstruct the implementation of the peace process and stop the conflict.
