The former head of the operations branch of the Zionist regime: Netanyahu has no plans

PNN – The former head of the operations branch of the Zionist regime said on Thursday night that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has no plans to continue the war.

According to Pakistan News Network’s report from Palestine’s Sama news agency, Major General Yisrael Ziv added: Netanyahu has no strategy or plan to continue the war and makes decisions spontaneously and momentarily based on his political concerns.

He said: Unfortunately, those who pay the price for this lack of planning are the hostages and their families, and after them the whole (regime) of Israel.

Earlier, Amos Maleka, the former head of the military intelligence agency of the Zionist regime, announced in an interview with the radio of this regime: We have been fighting in Gaza for 11 months and we have managed to free only eight prisoners, so we have to fight for at least another 2-3 years to get the body of the last prisoner. Taking such an approach is really ridiculous!

He pointed to the emphasis of Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of the occupying regime, on the necessity of continuing the war and field presence in Gaza and added: Prolonging the war will cost Israel (regime) and Tel Aviv cannot and was not built for a prolonged conflict.

This Zionist general stated that prolonging the war will further isolate Tel Aviv and weaken its military power and said: We have to make concessions to reach a ceasefire agreement, but we must know that the consequences will not be worse than continuing the war.

The opposition of the Prime Minister of the Zionist regime to the cease-fire in the Gaza Strip has denied the possibility of reaching an agreement for the release of the Zionist prisoners in exchange for the release of the Palestinian prisoners from the prisons of this regime, and a number of Zionist prisoners have been killed due to the brutal bombing of different areas of the Gaza Strip by the Tel Aviv regime. This has caused widespread protests by the families of these prisoners in the occupied territories.

While they are demanding an agreement with Hamas for the release of Zionist prisoners, Netanyahu, who is confident of being tried on corruption charges after the end of the war, is blocking any agreement in this regard and has failed several rounds of negotiations in Qatar and Egypt.
