The gathering of tens of thousands of supporters of Gaza in the streets of London

PNN – Tens of thousands of people marched in the center of London on Saturday, October 21, to once again condemn the barbaric crimes of the Zionist regime and call for an end to the bombing and the end of the siege of Gaza.

According to Pakistan News Network, quoted by Al-Mayadin, Simultaneously with the withdrawal of 6 Scottish officials from the British Labor Party in protest against the anti-Palestinian policies of the leadership of this British party, tens of thousands of supporters of Palestine from different nationalities and ethnic groups held a protest rally against the brutal crimes of the Zionist regime against helpless people of Gaza and demanded an end to the bombing and an end to the siege of Gaza.

The participants chanted slogans in support of the freedom of Palestine in the streets of London in solidarity with the people of Gaza. While waving the Palestinian flag, they carried slogans condemning the heinous crimes of the Zionist regime in Gaza and showed their strong protest against the full support of the Western governments, especially the UK, to the Tel Aviv regime.

In this protest movement, which was organized by dozens of pro-Palestinian groups, including the British Muslim Association and the Palestine Solidarity Campaign, they demanded the complete liberation of Palestine and the end of the apartheid system in this land.

This is the fourth protest demonstration in the British capital that has been held in the last 2 weeks. It should be noted that in today’s demonstration, senior managers of trade unions representing millions of British workers and a number of parliamentarians of this country are present to declare solidarity with the Palestinian people.

At the same time as the supporters of Gaza marched in the streets of London, the English website “The National” announced that following the issuance of a decree prohibiting the coverage of the Zionist regime’s aggression against the Gaza Strip by the leadership of the British Labor Party, 6 members of the Labor Party in Glasgow resigned from their positions in protest against the internal regulations of the party.

Since Saturday, October 7, 2023, the Palestinian resistance forces have launched a comprehensive and unique operation called “Al-Aqsa Storm” from Gaza (southern Palestine) against the positions of the Zionist regime in the occupied territories.

With the Al-Aqsa storm operation entering its 15th day and continuing to achieve unique victories by the resistance fighters in the battle against the Zionist regime and in the face of the continued bombing of residential areas and religious and medical centers in Gaza by Israeli bombers, which is a sign of the Zionists’ helplessness, so far nearly 4,200 Palestinians have been martyred; A crime that the West is also a partner in Palestine.

These barbaric actions have been widely condemned by Islamic countries, but the Western governments have limited themselves to issuing passive statements while continuing to fully support the Zionist regime. Since the beginning of the Al-Aqsa storm operation, while condemning the resistance forces, they have declared solidarity with the Zionist regime and have closed their eyes to the thousands of dead and wounded in the Gaza Strip.

British Prime Minister Rishi Sonak visited occupied Palestine 2 days ago and during a meeting with the leaders of the Zionist regime, he announced the London government’s full support for Tel Aviv.

During his meeting with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, he expressed his support for Tel Aviv’s victory against the Palestinian resistance groups in statements that were met with strong protests by international human rights organizations.
