The report states that the 79-year-old US president has been exhibiting sudden and unusual behavior at public events for the past year, and it has become clear that he is unable to focus on the main topic and is distracted.

The Guardian added that Trump is unable to complete and express his thoughts and opinions. While former US President Joe Biden’s behavior was heavily criticized due to his advanced age, Trump’s similar behavior is largely ignored.

The report further emphasizes that Trump often deviates from the main topic when speaking. For example, during a ministerial meeting this month, he spent 15 minutes talking only about the decor of the room, or during a meeting with von der Leyen about immigration, he suddenly said: We cannot allow wind turbines to be built in America. It will destroy our nature. He talked about wind turbines for two minutes straight.
