The Guardian’s account of the “diplomatic tsunami” against the Zionist regime

PNN – The Guardian newspaper wrote in an article referring to the continued attacks of the Zionists on Gaza and the increase in the violence of the settlers in the West Bank against the Palestinians: This has provoked the anger of the international community and launched a “diplomatic tsunami” against Israel.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network from this British newspaper, Israel is facing a “diplomatic tsunami” on various fronts due to the Gaza war and the unprecedented increase in settler attacks on Palestinians in the occupied West Bank.

In the meantime, the United States has claimed that it will stop sending heavy weapons to Israel due to Benjamin Netanyahu’s insistence on continuing the attack on the city of Rafah. Pressure in Europe is also increasing to ban trade in products produced in Israeli settlements.

Belgian Prime Minister Alexandre de Croix, who holds the rotating presidency of the Council of the European Union, recently announced in this context that Israel has potentially violated human rights guarantees in the European Union, and thus Europe is looking to impose a trade ban against it with the help of its allies.

Turkey, which has had complex relations with Israel for a long time, has announced a complete ban on trade with Israel.

In South America, we see that a number of these countries, including Colombia and Bolivia, have cut or reduced their diplomatic relations with Tel Aviv.

Israel’s actions in the Gaza war are also being investigated by the International Criminal Court and the United Nations High Court, and these global bodies continue to investigate the genocide with South Africa’s complaint.

In another part of this article, the Guardian has mentioned that despite the expression of widespread international support for Israel after the attack by Hamas on October 7, the attack on Gaza, along with the sharp increase in settler violence in the occupied West Bank, has led to desperation to act instead of Netanyahu.

US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken has repeatedly warned openly about the continuation of violence in the West Bank and Israel’s attack on Rafah.

But Tel Aviv, ignoring the international pressure, says that they will fight alone; That too, in a situation where, according to many economists and analysts, this has many consequences for Israel, which is facing many economic problems.

Yossi Meckleberg from the Chatham House think tank said in this regard: What has happened in the past few months is actually a lot of deplorable cases that have been going on for years.

Meckleberg further added: Turkey’s position towards Israel is much stronger than the position that occurred after Israel attacked the Turkish aid fleet to Gaza in 2010. This analyst also describes the recent positions of Europe and America as “really unprecedented”.

This Chatham House think tank researcher then explained: Although settler violence is a new issue, the discussion is entering a new chapter.

Delia Sheindlin, a political consultant based in Tel Aviv, wrote this week in an article for the Israeli newspaper Haaretz: While the movements to condemn Israel were only one situation, but with Turkey’s threat to ban trade and America’s action to stop sending heavy weapons, the situation has entered a new phase.

He added: International frustration towards Israel has been accumulating for a long time. Israel has shown a useless behavior and is like someone who goes recklessly and without caution and hurts himself.
