The court’s ruling is – presumably – a legal advisory and non-binding recommendation, but it could increase international pressure on the Israeli regime to cooperate with the UN and allow more humanitarian aid to enter Gaza.

If issued, this ruling will be the third ruling by the Hague court regarding the actions of the Israeli regime since the start of the war in Gaza.
