PNN – The Israeli media reported a surprise exercise, the aim of which was to test the readiness of the regime’s general staff and army command centers.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing Al-Alam Al-Harbi, on Sunday, the Israeli army announced the start of a surprise exercise; an exercise whose stated goal is to measure the readiness of the army’s general staff and command centers. This exercise, ordered by Eyal Zamir, Chief of Staff of the Israeli Armed Forces, is intended to measure the army’s immediate readiness and capabilities to counter widespread attacks.

The Israeli army spokesman said: A surprise exercise at the General Staff level began this morning (Sunday) at 5:30 AM to test the state of alertness and readiness of the General Staff and the main commands of the Israeli army.

According to the Israeli army spokesman, the exercise simulates several realistic scenarios on various fronts, including the implementation of lessons learned from the events of October 7, with the participation of most of the IDF’s institutions and commands, including special units.

The Israeli army spokesman announced the presence of the Chief of Staff of the Israeli army at the army’s Supreme Command headquarters, visiting its departments and assessing the situation, and reviewing the readiness of the air force and navy with the commanders.

The Israeli army spokesman also spoke about implementing complex scenarios with the aim of testing the readiness of the regime’s army, transitioning from a normal to an extraordinary situation, and examining the performance of high-ranking commanders.
