The Zionist regime, with the support of the United States, launched a devastating war against the residents of the Gaza Strip from October 7, 2023, to January 19, 2025, but did not achieve its goals of destroying the Hamas movement and returning Israeli prisoners through war and was forced to agree to a ceasefire with the movement.

At dawn on Tuesday, March 18, with the green light and consultation of the United States, the Israeli regime resumed its war and crime against Gaza, targeting residential homes, schools, and refugee settlements with its most severe attacks.

However, the US government blamed Hamas for escalating violence in the Middle East and, in a statement supporting the Israeli regime, claimed that Hamas chose war and that the movement was responsible for it.

In order to avoid trial and remain in power, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu violated the ceasefire under various pretexts and attempted to gain more concessions and disarm Hamas by releasing all prisoners under Steve Witkoff’s plan, which was to extend the first phase without guaranteeing a permanent ceasefire. However, Hamas did not give in to the Israeli regime’s excessive demands and emphasized its strict adherence to the previous agreement.

In this regard, the Zionist regime’s violent attacks on Gaza have sparked a wave of protests within the occupied territory.

The families of the Zionist prisoners, concerned for the lives of the prisoners, protested the Zionist regime’s obstructionism and its failure to reach an agreement with Hamas to release the prisoners and resume attacks, and held Netanyahu and Trump responsible for the consequences of this war.
