The Israeli regime’s concern about the opening of a new front from the Jordanian side.
According to Al-Mayadeen, Hebrew-language media outlets emphasized that building a border fence with Jordan would not solve the problem of the possibility of a new front opening against the Zionist regime.
The reports continued that the Zionist settlers in the area live in fear.
In this regard, the Yedioth Aharonot newspaper reported that concerns about the presence of anti-Zionist forces on the eastern borders of occupied Palestine have intensified and that Tel Aviv may witness a series of drone attacks in the area.
Aharonot referred to the operation carried out in late October, in which anti-Zionist forces penetrated the settlement of Niwot Hakkar, injuring and killing two Zionist soldiers.
The newspaper also discussed the operation carried out in November, in which a Jordanian truck crossed the border fence near Eilat.
Giora Eiland, the former head of the Israeli Internal Security Council, had previously warned against the resumption of anti-Zionist operations from Jordan. He said that Jordan is geographically close to Eilat, and this issue is problematic for the Zionist regime.
