The Israeli regime’s plan to expel Hamas from Qatar after Trump takes office.
Netanyahu’s new decision to target Hamas’s militant leaders is a sign of a serious setback. Contrary to what the BBC team thinks, Hamas is still a militant and organized organization that continues its resistance path even after the martyrdom of its important leaders and commanders. As a result, based on a joint plan, the United States and the Zionist regime are seeking to close down Hamas’s office in Doha, the capital of Qatar, and to displace the leaders of this Palestinian group. Fourteen US senators have written to the State Department asking Washington to pressure Qatar to end the Hamas office.
A senior US government official also told Reuters: “Now that Hamas has rejected the latest proposals to achieve a ceasefire and release prisoners, their continued presence on Qatari soil is unacceptable.” But at the beginning of this path, it was the Americans themselves who, in 2012, during the Obama administration, asked the Emir of Qatar to host Hamas’ political leaders. C. NN reported, citing an American official, that Turkey had also been mentioned as a possible destination for Hamas leaders, but the Americans themselves quickly took this option off the table.
Although Majed bin Mohammed Al-Ansari, spokesman for the Qatari Foreign Ministry, denied the news that Qatar had accepted the proposal to expel Hamas leaders from Qatar, it is clear that behind the scenes, joint US-Israeli pressure against Doha and Hamas is still ongoing. Al-Ansari stressed that the purpose of the Hamas office in Doha is to create a “communication channel between the relevant parties.”
An American diplomat claimed in an interview with NBC News: “Qatar is disappointed with both Hamas and Israel due to the lack of progress towards a ceasefire.” However, the reality is that Qatar, as the host and mediator, has realized that Netanyahu is seeking imposition, not negotiation, and wants to release Israeli prisoners without making any concessions. Anthony Blinken is seeking to complete the victory of the liberation of the Zionist prisoners in his name during his last term as US Secretary of State.
What happened when the expulsion scenario was raised?
More than a year has passed since Operation Al-Aqsa Storm, but Benjamin Netanyahu and the army under his command have still not achieved their goals and are still in a position of weakness and uncertainty. The Zionists resorted to assassinations to bring Hamas to its knees. The Zionist regime officials had repeatedly claimed, with exaggerated propaganda, that after the martyrdom of Ismail Haniyeh and Yahya Sinwar, Hamas would disintegrate in a short period of time. This claim turned out to be a lie, and on the other side of the border, the martyrdom of Sayyid Hassan Nasrallah and Hashem Safi al-Din did not prevent the continuation of attacks on Israelis.
In the past week, the Zionist regime has taken new measures to change the war situation, one of which is handing over the helm of the Ministry of War to a two-faced politician who, of course, has no understanding or knowledge of war. Netanyahu handed over the Ministry of War to Yisrael Katz in a situation where some Zionist analysts believe that from now on, Katz, 69, will not be the planner and overseer of war operations, but rather a completely obedient follower of Netanyahu.
On the other hand, it should be said that after Donald Trump won the US presidential election, Republican lawmakers and Trump himself, a warmonger, are not interested in Qatar’s activism. Republicans want to distance themselves from Qatar and, in their opinion, indirectly harm Hamas leaders and limit their room for maneuver.
Failure of previous experiences
The Zionist regime is seeking to gradually eliminate Hamas’ political leaders. Applying pressure to expel Hamas officials from Qatar is on the agenda with the hope that Hamas leaders will reside in an African country or in another country that is under the control of US and Israeli intelligence and will not be able to manage Hamas. The overlooked reality in the US and Israeli scenario to eliminate Hamas leaders is that even if such a plan is realized, there is no end to the struggle and demands for the Palestinian people’s right and history, and the application of pressure and violence has repeatedly led to the defeat of the Zionist regime, and such a conspiracy has proven itself in the worst possible way.
