He said in this ceremony: If there was a crime, it must be judged, the truth about October 7th will come out, but today we know that 400 Palestinian civilians have been killed by the Israeli people because its army ordered to shoot anything that moves.
The statements of 78-year-old Ovadia, who is of Bulgarian descent, caused the discomfort and anger of Jacopo Maria Frei, the mayor of Pontermoli from the center-right party “Berlusconi Forza Italia” in this event, and he left the place before the end of the event, and the artist’s words called it “delusion” and “impudence”.
In another part of his speech about Palestine and Israel, Ovadia added: It is the right and duty of an occupied nation to rise against the occupiers.
