The New York Times claim: American targets are not on the list of possible Iranian attacks

PNN – The New York Times, quoting security analysts and American officials, claimed that Iran is not expected to directly engage in a conflict with the United States and that American targets are not on the list of possible attacks by Iran.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, the New York Times wrote: Analysts and US officials said they expect Iran to attack several targets in Israel in the next few days in retaliation for the April 1 bombing of the Syrian capital that killed several senior Iranian commanders.

This newspaper added: America, as the main ally (regime) of Israel, has military forces in several regions of the Middle East. However, according to U.S. and Iranian officials, who spoke on condition of anonymity because they were not authorized to speak publicly about the expected strikes, Iran is not expected to directly target U.S. forces in the region because it plans to avoid direct conflict.

The New York Times wrote: Any attack by Iran inside Israel’s territory (regime) would be a turning point in decades of hostility between Tehran and Tel Aviv, which would most likely open a new chapter of tensions in the region.

This media pointed out that Tehran and the Zionist regime do not have direct channels of communication, which makes it more likely that each of the parties will have a misunderstanding about the intentions of the other party. Any possible attack by Iran risks the spread of conflicts and can lead different countries, including the United States, to conflict.

In an interview with reporters on Friday, US President Joe Biden claimed that he expects a military attack against Israel soon, and his message to Iran is “not to do it”.

The New York Times added: Several countries, including the United States, issued new guidelines for their citizens regarding travel to the occupied territories and surrounding areas in anticipation of a possible attack by Iran.

Biden once again, in an obvious intervention and in support of the Israeli regime, asked the Islamic Republic of Iran not to respond to the attack of this regime on the Tehran consulate in Damascus, Syria.

He once again supported the Zionist regime and said: The United States of America is committed to Israel’s security and helping it defend itself.

Biden once again supported this regime and said in interventionist statements: The United States of America is committed to Israel’s security and helping it defend itself.

John Kirby, the spokesman of the American National Security Council, also told reporters on Friday local time that Iran’s attack on Israel is an actionable threat and the United States is closely following this issue.
