PNN – Pointing to the failure of the Zionist regime in destroying the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), the Palestinian analyst said that this regime failed even in using a military solution to free its prisoners.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, Amr al-Shubaki said, quoting Ray Elyoum: The Palestinian nation paid a heavy price for the occupation regime’s war against Gaza.
He added: Although the Hamas movement lost a large part of its military strength, the occupation forces could not eradicate this movement. Israel failed to release its prisoners through military means and was forced to turn to dialogue and negotiation and surrender to a ceasefire.
Al-Shubaki stated: The question of which side won the Gaza war can be raised after the ceasefire is established.
This analyst of political issues, pointing to the alignment of world public opinion with Gaza and the Palestinian cause and the apparent weakness of international institutions in demanding accountability from the occupiers, emphasized the need for the Palestinian side to use this situation to their advantage and declared: If the crimes committed by the occupiers against children are recorded and South African legal measures and international conscience are used to condemn their crimes, this will It will be like a peaceful and civil legal battle against the occupiers.

Zionist analyst: Israel should learn from its defeat from Hamas and Hezbollah
On December 29, 2023, South Africa submitted a request to the International Court of Justice to file a lawsuit against the Israeli regime regarding the violation of its obligations regarding the Palestinians of the Gaza Strip under the Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide (Genocide Convention).
According to the mentioned application, Israel’s actions have the characteristics of genocide, because they were carried out with specific intentions and in order to destroy the Palestinians in Gaza as part of a larger national, racial and ethnic group.
Israel’s conduct and actions in relation to the Palestinians in Gaza, through its organs, government agents, other persons and entities acting under its instructions or under its instructions, are violations of obligations under the Genocide Convention.
In the continuation of this lawsuit, it is pointed out that Israel, especially since October 7, 2023, has not followed up on direct and public measures regarding the genocide and has failed in this regard.
The ceasefire in the Gaza Strip came into effect on Sunday, and in the first phase, three Zionist women prisoners were released in exchange for the release of 90 Palestinian women and children.
The Zionist regime was engaged in the genocide of the people of Gaza for more than 15 months, and with all the crimes it committed, it failed to release its prisoners, so it was forced to accept the terms of the resistance groups for a ceasefire and the release of more than a thousand Palestinian prisoners.
In addition to the release of Palestinian prisoners, the Zionist regime was forced to withdraw from Gaza and not prevent humanitarian aid from entering the Gaza Strip as in the past.
