The possibility of canceling Netanyahu’s trip to New York due to increased tensions with Lebanon

PNN – The representative of the Zionist regime in the United Nations said that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu will shorten or cancel his planned visit to the New York.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network from CNN, Danny Denon announced in an interview with reporters at the United Nations headquarters in New York that this delayed trip and internal developments in the Zionist regime may affect Netanyahu’s travel schedule.

Netanyahu was supposed to go to New York on Tuesday to attend and give a speech at the United Nations General Assembly.

He said: We should postpone this trip and follow the developments in Israel.

Danen also raised the possibility of canceling Netanyahu’s trip next week and added: We will know soon whether he will come or not.

Earlier, the Hebrew-language newspaper Israel Alyoum announced that Netanyahu will cut short his trip to New York next week to participate in the United Nations General Assembly meeting due to the escalation of tension on the northern borders, and his trip will be one day.

The conflicts between the Zionist regime and the Islamic resistance of Lebanon have intensified during the past days, and the Lebanese resistance forces targeted northern occupied Palestine with hundreds of missiles on Friday.

With the beginning of the “Al-Aqsa Storm” operation by the Palestinian resistance groups, Lebanon’s Hezbollah, in order to engage a major part of the Zionist military in the north of occupied Palestine and reduce the pressure on the resistance in Gaza, has carried out daily and heavy operations against the targets of the Zionist regime inside the Palestinian territory.

The Zionist Army Radio recently announced: During the last month (August), 1,307 rockets were fired from southern Lebanon towards the occupied territories, which is the highest number since the beginning of the Gaza war.
