The possibility of taking Canada to The Hague over the Gaza war.
A legal case in the International Court of Justice against Canadian officials is being formed because of their complicity with the Zionist regime in the Gaza war.

The Canadian government has recently faced the threat of prosecuting the country’s politicians for complicity in the massive crimes committed by the Zionist regime in Gaza.

Recently, a notice has been published by a Canadian legal working group in the International Court of Justice for the Palestinians as the highest court of the United Nations and a completely independent organization consisting of lawyers, academics and committed politicians whose activists, under the influence of the Gaza war, are trying to uphold the rule of law. use to achieve justice and protect the rights of the Palestinian people.

According to “Middle East Monitor”, the said notice was sent to a number of the main political officials of the Canadian government, including Prime Minister Justin Trudeau, Canadian Foreign Minister Melanie Joly, Canadian Development Minister Marie-Claude Bibeau, and Arif Virani. » issued by the Minister of Justice of Canada.

According to this notice, Canadian political officials have been warned that if there is evidence of their actions to facilitate the violation of international laws and rights by the Zionist regime, the agents of the said government will be prosecuted and in the courts. will be tried internationally.

This action is based on the prohibition of any aid or participation in war crimes and crimes against humanity in the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court, and it is being followed up while the Zionist regime is being investigated by leading legal experts and United Nations officials during the war. Gaza has been accused of committing genocide against Palestinians.

This legal initiative has been supported by various human rights and international law and foreign policy organizations since the intensification of the Zionist regime’s attacks against the Palestinian people in Gaza.

Currently, nearly 12,000 Palestinians have been martyred by the forces of the Israeli regime in Gaza since the beginning of the Israeli attacks on October 7. According to published reports, the number of children who were martyred during the three weeks of aerial bombardment by the Zionist regime in Gaza is more than in all the conflicts between this regime and Palestine in the last three years.

The Zionist regime is accused of war crimes, including massive attacks against civilians and their collective punishment through the blockade of Gaza and the ban on the entry of humanitarian aid to this city. In addition, the number of 1.5 million Palestinian forced refugees in the last few weeks shows Tel Aviv’s actions to ethnically cleanse Gaza and other occupied territories.

In spite of all these measures, the Canadian government, along with the main western allies of the Zionist regime, has announced its renewed and extensive support to the Zionist apartheid regime on several occasions and has stopped exporting weapons to Tel Aviv and using volunteer forces for the army of this regime and even It has refused to finance projects that help the Zionist armed forces during the war.

Now, this legal working group has demanded to take the position of establishing a ceasefire, canceling Canada’s arms contracts with the Zionist regime, and has asked this country to end its support to this regime.

The legal task force has warned that it will continue to collect the necessary evidence to indict Canadian government officials and will explore and pursue all options to ensure that the country can be held accountable for supporting war crimes in Gaza before the International Criminal Court.
