The practice of removing Trump from the US presidential election.
A historic event is happening in America and the former president of this country, Donald Trump, is being excluded from the 2024 presidential election.
In America, in a rare event, a presidential candidate, who has been the president of this country for four years, has been disqualified for the presidential election in a state.
In a rare move, the Colorado Supreme Court on Wednesday voted to disqualify Donald Trump on charges of “sedition” or “sedition” in connection with the attack by his supporters on the US Congress on January 6, 2021. Reuters called this ruling “historic” and an “exercise” to remove him completely from the election.

Colorado Supreme Court judges cited the third paragraph of the 14th Amendment of the US Constitution to remove Trump; The clause related to prohibiting the participation of people in governing institutions due to playing a role in the field of “rebellion” or “sedition”.
According to Reuters, the Colorado Supreme Court’s ruling could “affect Trump’s standing for the November 5th general election.”
In rejecting this verdict, Trump announced that he would appeal to the US Supreme Court. Out of 9 Supreme Court judges, 6 are Republicans and 3 are Democrats. Trump had chosen three judges of the court during his presidency.
Spokespeople for the Joe Biden administration have so far declined to comment on Trump’s disqualification in Colorado.
Trump has faced disqualification in Colorado, while he is still the leading candidate of the Republicans in the 2024 US presidential election.
