Despite the occupation restrictions, 40,000 Palestinian worshipers performed Maghrib and Tarawij prayers in congregation on the third night of the holy month of Ramadan with a large presence in Al-Aqsa Mosque.
Russia Al-Yum news site reported on Wednesday night that the Zionist occupation forces are stationed in front of the entrances of the Al-Aqsa Mosque on the third night of the holy month of Ramadan and are restricting the entry of Palestinians into the area of the first Qibla of the Muslims.
In this connection, the Islamic Endowment Department of Jerusalem announced that at least 40,000 Palestinians offered Isha and Taraweeh prayers inside the Al-Aqsa Mosque on the third night of the holy month of Ramadan.
Palestinian worshipers, especially young people, reached the Al-Aqsa Mosque despite the restrictions imposed by the Zionists and performed the Tarawij prayer in a united procession on Wednesday night.
It should be mentioned that earlier, “Ikrama Sabri”, the preacher of Al-Aqsa Mosque, in response to the restriction imposed by the occupiers to enter the Al-Aqsa Mosque, emphasized to the Palestinians that it is obligatory to attend the Al-Aqsa Mosque during the holy month of Ramadan.
