The president of Cyprus criticized the hypocrisy of the superpower countries regarding the Gaza war.
According to Anatoly, Northern Cyprus President Arsin Tatar said that some major countries of the world have “hypocritical positions and double standards” regarding Israel’s massacre in the Gaza Strip.
The president of Northern Cyprus stated this in a conversation with Anatolia news agency on the sidelines of the participation in the third diplomatic forum in Antalya with the presence of Turkic-speaking countries, which started on Friday in Antalya province in southern Turkey and continues until Sunday.
Tatar also condemned Israel’s attack on civilians waiting for humanitarian aid in Gaza.
According to the Ministry of Health of the Gaza Strip, on Thursday, Israeli soldiers opened fire on Palestinians who were waiting for trucks carrying humanitarian aid and food in al-Nablesi Square in the south of Gaza City, killing 117 Palestinians and wounding 760 others.
