PNN – The Secretary of Defense proposed to increase the US military budget by one trillion dollars.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network from TASS, Austin suggested in a letter to the Office of Management and Budget of the White House that Washington will increase its previously planned annual defense spending by $50 billion, bringing the country’s defense budget to more than $1 trillion in the next few years.
According to the letter, Austin has reportedly proposed a five-year plan to increase defense spending to the incoming administration of President-elect Donald Trump.
