NBC News: Hamas’ response to the Gaza ceasefire plan is not a clear “yes or no”.
This Zionist media stated: Hamas demands that the reconstruction be done in the first phase instead of the second phase. He also demanded that the ceasefire should be a priority and that Israel should not have a veto on the names of the prisoners who will be released. Hamas is also against deporting the captives outside the Gaza Strip and demands the return of the captives to their residential areas.
At the same time, a senior official of the Zionist regime considered these demands of Hamas to be too much and said: It is clear that the American pressures have not been fruitful and it is difficult to start negotiations under these conditions.
Channel 12 of the Zionist regime’s TV also announced in a report: Israel considers Hamas’ response as opposition.
In a statement released on Thursday morning, Hamas emphasized that it has always called for an end to the war and exchange of prisoners, and it has clearly welcomed Joe Biden’s plan and the Security Council’s resolution.
The Hamas movement also emphasized that, contrary to America’s claim, the Zionist regime does not accept any of these plans.
Hamas has emphasized that so far no position has been issued by the Zionist authorities regarding the approval of Joe Biden’s ceasefire plan.
Ismail Haniyeh, the head of the political office of Hamas, and Ziad al-Nakhleh, the secretary general of the Islamic Jihad movement, delivered the resistance response to the Israeli regime’s proposed plan for prisoner exchange to the Prime Minister of Qatar on Wednesday morning in Doha.
The delivery of the response to the Zionist regime’s proposed plan for negotiating a ceasefire and exchange of prisoners is done after the resolution proposed by the US regarding the ceasefire in the Gaza Strip was approved without any opposition or veto in the meeting.
The resolution states that the new ceasefire proposal announced on May 31, which was accepted by the Israeli regime, is welcomed, and Hamas is asked to accept it as well, and both sides are asked to fully agree to its terms.
