PNN – The Washington Post newspaper reported that one of the officials of the Biden government has resigned in protest of ignoring the crimes of the Zionist regime.
Two knowledgeable officials told the Washington Post that recently an official of the US State Department, who participated in the discussions of the Biden administration regarding the actions of the Zionist regime in Gaza, because of his opposition to a recent report by Washington that claims that Israel is preventing the sending of Humanitarian aid to Gaza.
Stacy Gilbert served in the State Department’s Office of Population, Refugees and Immigration. According to informed officials, he sent an email to his colleagues and explained in it that the conclusion of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs that Israel did not prevent humanitarian aid from being sent to Gaza is wrong.

The report was the result of weeks of discussions between the Departments of Defense and State, and found that although “aid is insufficient,” the U.S. “does not currently assess whether the Government of Israel will transport or deliver U.S. humanitarian aid.”
Gilbert, who was agreed by the vast majority of aid and humanitarian organizations, said that Israel is preventing aid from reaching Gaza’s civilians.
Josh Paul, the first US State Department official to resign over Gaza, wrote online: This resignation, on the day that the White House announced that the latest crime in Rafah did not cross its red line, shows that the Biden administration is doing everything to avoid the truth.
In addition to Powell, a number of other officials of the Biden administration have resigned since the beginning of the conflict in Gaza, including Annelle Sheline, an expert on human rights issues, and Hala Rharrit, one of the ministry’s Arabic-speaking spokespeople.
