The rise of Palestinian supporters in Europe

PNN – In continuation of the international protest against the Zionist regime’s attacks against the defenseless people of Gaza, yesterday the streets of Berlin, Rome, Marseille, and Sarajevo witnessed the presence of marchers and supporters of Palestine who wanted a ceasefire and the sending of aid to this war zone.

According to Pakistan News Network, news agencies wrote that hundreds of protesters in Rome, the capital of Italy, demanded an end to Israeli airstrikes on Gaza.

Demonstrators waved Palestinian flags, shouted “Palestine must be free” and held placards that read: “Without freedom, there is no peace.”

Several hundred pro-Palestinian demonstrators marched unimpeded through the streets of the German capital on Saturday, despite the Berlin police banning the demonstration.

By surrounding the demonstrators, the police finally allowed the march to take place.

In response to the call of several associations, about 100 people gathered near the old port of Marseille in the south of France and called for peace between Israel and the Palestinians.

In Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which was under siege and shelling by the Serbs for several years during the civil war of the 90s, hundreds of people gathered to show solidarity with the suffering of the Palestinians in Gaza.
