The Saudi Crown Prince announced the possibility of his assassination.

The Politico news site reported that despite the dangers that threaten the life of the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia in the shadow of normalizing relations with Israel, he has announced the country’s readiness to lay the groundwork for signing a major agreement with the United States and Israel.

The American publication Politico, quoting a former government official in the White House and two other knowledgeable sources, revealed that “Mohammed bin Salman, in private conversations with American officials, expressed his fear of suffering the same fate as Anwar Sadat, the former president of Egypt.” He has informed us in case of normalization of relations with Tel Aviv.

According to the American publication, the Saudi Crown Prince accused the American officials of not providing support for the life of Anwar Sadat in these conversations.

According to Politico, in his statements, Bin Salman expressed concern about the risk of assassination in case of normalization of relations with Tel Aviv and called for the formation of a Palestinian state as an excuse for any possible agreement with Tel Aviv.

Reports indicate that bin Salman said in private conversations that “the Saudis, like other people in the Middle East, attach great importance to the Palestinian issue, and if I do not pay attention to this sensitive issue, my position as the custodian of the holy places will be weakened.”

As part of this agreement, Riyadh wants to sign a defense-security agreement with America. In addition, to normalize relations with Tel Aviv, Saudi Arabia demands that the regime commit to a path to recognize the state of Palestine.
