According to the Pak Sahafat news agency, the Zionist Kan network reported the failed efforts of the rescue teams to contain the flames in a forest area near the town of Suriel in the western part of the Al-Jalil region in the north of the occupied territories.
According to this Zionist TV channel, the efforts of 17 firefighting teams and 6 firefighting planes to contain the flames in this area have been useless so far.
The cause of this massive fire is still unknown. The relief authorities have announced that they will be forced to evacuate the residential areas adjacent to this area if they are unable to control the fire.
