PNN – While declaring solidarity with the Palestinian nation, the Sultan of Oman called on the international community to fulfill its responsibility to support the Palestinians.
According to Pakistan News Network, Sultan of Oman Haitham Bin Tariq Al Saeed emphasized the country’s solidarity with the Palestinian nation and support for all efforts to stop tensions and attacks against children and innocent civilians.
The Sultan of Oman also called for the release of Palestinian prisoners based on the principles of human rights and the need for action by the international community to fulfill its responsibility in protecting civilians and guaranteeing human needs, lifting the illegal blockade of Gaza and other Palestinian lands.
Oman News Agency reported that the sultan of this country also considered it necessary to resume the process of reconciliation between the Palestinians and the Zionist regime in order to provide the basis for the recovery of the legitimate rights of the Palestinian people to form an independent Palestinian state in the lands of 1967 with East Jerusalem as its capital.
