The Wall Street Journal: The level of destruction and devastation in Gaza is unprecedented in modern history.

An American newspaper, The Wall Street Journal, wrote today that the destruction caused by war and attacks on the Gaza Strip ranks among the most devastating in contemporary history. The Israeli regime has dropped 29,000 bombs on this area and demolished around 70% of its homes.

The newspaper added that Israel’s bombardment has led to the destruction of half of the buildings in the Gaza Strip or inflicted extensive damage upon them.

In addition to residential homes, Byzantine-era churches, historical mosques, factories, shopping centers, luxurious hotels, theaters, and schools have also been targeted in the bombings.

The source emphasized that in the bombardment of the Gaza Strip, infrastructure for water, electricity, communications, and healthcare has been targeted in a way that is no longer repairable.

According to the report, the occupying regime has also destroyed olive groves, citrus fruits, and greenhouse products.

Eighty-five days have passed since the “Operation Guardian of the Walls,” and the continuous aggressions of the Zionist regime against the Gaza Strip. The Palestinian Ministry of Health reported 187 Palestinians killed and 312 others injured in the past 24 hours due to the continuous attacks by the Zionists in various areas of the Gaza Strip.

The Gaza Ministry of Health also announced that the number of martyrs resulting from Israel’s attacks on the Gaza Strip has reached 21,507 since October 7th, and the number of wounded has reached 55,915.
