PNN – Iran’s “Honest Promise 3” operation against the occupied territories, which was carried out in response to the Zionist regime’s aggression against Iran, left a great impact on the economic components in Tel Aviv.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing Al-Mayadin, June 2025 saw an unprecedented increase in unemployment in the occupied territories, which the Hebrew-language newspaper Kalkasite, an expert in economic issues, considered as a result of the closure of the economy of this regime due to the war with Iran.

This Zionist source pointed out that the mentioned statistics are based on the statistics issued by the Statistics Center of the Occupied Territories, and emphasized that this amount of unemployment, even if it is based on temporary conditions, will have great effects on the domestic economic stability.

According to official reports, the unemployment rate in the occupied territories increased from 4.2% in May to more than 10.1% in June and includes 465 thousand people.

While expressing doubts about the authenticity of this statistic, this magazine wrote that this figure does not necessarily indicate individual or collective layoffs, but only includes the forced conditions of abandoning business as a result of infrastructure closures and lack of access to workplaces.

Calcasit called these statistics unprecedented and emphasized that these figures showed an almost complete stagnation in economic activities in the occupied territories.
