The Washington Post narrated; America and Israel’s dramatic differences to deceive Iran

Washington

PNN – A U.S. media outlet reported that the apparent disagreement between Tel Aviv and Washington during the spring nuclear negotiations with Iran was staged.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, American newspaper The Washington Post, prior to Israel’s attack on Iran in June 2025, the U.S. and Israel deliberately released media stories suggesting tensions between the two sides in order to mislead Tehran.

The report states that at the time, media outlets claimed that Washington and Tel Aviv disagreed over the attack on Iran, but in reality, these reports were part of a coordinated plan by the two countries to gain Iran’s trust in the nuclear negotiations.

According to the report, Israel attacked Iran on June 13, 2025, just two days before the sixth round of U.S.-Iran nuclear talks. The Washington Post, citing informed sources, stated that the media reports of disagreements between Netanyahu and the Trump administration were false, and this deception aided the secret planning of the attack.

The report highlights how Washington and Tel Aviv use media management and pressure to advance their military policies in the region. It notes that U.S.-Israeli military and intelligence cooperation has gone far beyond what is publicly reported in the media.

Statements by Ayatollah Khamenei, the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, regarding the futility of negotiations with the U.S., at the peak of these talks, demonstrate that Iran was not deceived by the Tel Aviv-Washington show.

The failure of the regime-change project through a surprise military action, street protests, and attempted coups in late spring this year showed that the Islamic Republic monitors enemy movements intelligently and does not fall into the trap of media spectacles.
