The Washington Post questioned Israel’s claim about al-Shifa Hospital.
An investigative report by the Washington Post has denied the Israeli regime’s claim that the Palestinian resistance group, Hamas, uses Al-Shifa Hospital as a military base.
This American newspaper says that after examining satellite images and documents published by the Israeli army, it concluded that there is no evidence to support Israel’s claims.
This research shows that none of the five buildings of Al-Shifa Hospital, which the Israeli army spokesman claimed to be connected to the Hamas tunnel network, had any connection with this network.
Another Washington Post finding is that there is no evidence that Hamas’s tunnel network can be accessed through hospital rooms.
In addition, no evidence of military use has been found in the rooms that the Israeli army claims to be connected to the tunnel network.
The Washington Post writes that the findings of this research question the legitimacy and appropriateness of Israel’s attacks on al-Shifa Hospital.
