The Zionist regime considers the Muslim Brotherhood government in Syria dangerous.
The senior expert on developments in West Asia, pointing out that following the overthrow of the Bashar al-Assad regime in Syria, the Zionist regime’s attacks on the country have increased sharply, said: “Before that, the Tel Aviv government respected the lines, but with the overthrow of the Damascus regime, it abandoned these lines and invaded Syria comprehensively.”
Now the question arises: why, given the collapse of the Bashar al-Assad regime and the fact that the regional resistance in Syria had lost its previous position, did the Zionist regime target Syria with its attacks? In response, it can be said that one of the issues that the audience did not pay attention to is the horizon of Syria; that is, Israel’s concern about the future of Syria.
“The regime has two concerns in this regard: the first is the reproduction of the resistance. Given that the resistance has been institutionalized among the Syrian people and the regime’s attacks are considered a form of humiliation for them, Israel is concerned about the reproduction of a resistance government in Damascus.”
He said: “The second perspective is the formation of a Brotherhood government in Damascus.” Given that Tahrir al-Sham has Brotherhood tendencies in its own text and is associated with the Brotherhood movements, and that the Brotherhood government in Turkey supports it, the Zionist regime suggests the possibility of forming a Brotherhood government in Damascus, which could align the Brotherhood movements with itself. Therefore, given the traditional viewpoint of the Brotherhood, the Zionist regime considers the formation of a Brotherhood government in Syria dangerous for itself.
