The Zionist Regime’s Excuse for Violating the Gaza Ceasefire.

Channel 13 of the Israeli television reported that the political leadership of the regime decided not to open the Rafah border crossing tomorrow in response to Hamas’s refusal to hand over the bodies of the remaining Israeli prisoners.

According to this report, the Israeli regime also plans to greatly reduce the entry of humanitarian aid into the Gaza Strip.

Channel 13 of the Israeli television also reported, citing some sources, that Netanyahu has agreed with the recommendation of the security agencies to reduce the entry of humanitarian aid into Gaza and not to open the Rafah crossing.

The Israeli regime’s excuse for implementing the Gaza ceasefire agreement and the entry of humanitarian aid into the Strip comes while Hamas spokesman Hazem Qassem announced: “We have informed the mediating parties of the difficulties in handing over the bodies of the prisoners and we are making great efforts to end this case.”

He added: Hamas is adhering to all the details of the agreement, and the occupying army has violated the ceasefire agreement by attacking civilians, and the Zionist regime is using the issue of humanitarian aid to extort money.

In this regard, the Zionist regime’s army confirmed today that, in accordance with the Gaza ceasefire agreement, it has received the bodies of four Israeli prisoners from the Red Cross forces.

Accordingly, the bodies of four of the 28 Israeli prisoners who were killed in Gaza under the bombardment of the Israeli army’s air force have been handed over to the Zionist regime, and 24 other bodies are still buried under the rubble in Gaza.

The operation to release the live Israeli prisoners took place yesterday morning (Monday), amid complex security measures and the direct supervision of the Red Cross and international mediators, and Hamas released all the live Israeli prisoners in accordance with the agreement.

The International Committee of the Red Cross also announced on Monday evening: During the exchange of prisoners and prisoners, 20 live Israeli prisoners were released in exchange for 1968 Palestinian prisoners.

Mediators of the Gaza ceasefire negotiations have emphasized that finding the bodies of Israeli prisoners from under the rubble of Gaza will not be possible anytime soon and will require more time.

Earlier, Gal Hirsch, the Israeli coordinator of prisoners and missing persons affairs, had pointed out that the process of finding and receiving the dead prisoners would require more time, and said that the necessary preparations for receiving their bodies had been completed and that they would be transferred to the Israeli medical institute for identification in a proper manner.
