PNN – A member of the Hamas political bureau revealed the latest dangerous move by the Zionist regime against the Palestinians.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing Quds Press, Harun Nasser al-Din, a member of the political bureau and head of the Jerusalem Affairs office in the Hamas movement, considered the recent Israeli action of distributing new cards to residents of the villages of al-Jeeb (al-Khalila neighborhood), Beit Iksa, and Prophet Samuel in West Jerusalem as part of the occupiers’ plan to separate and fragment the city’s fabric and ultimately gain complete control over it.

According to this plan, residents will only be allowed to enter the occupied territories for a specific location and purpose; this, according to Nasser al-Din, reflects the occupier’s view of these areas as “Israeli territories” and, in effect, a declaration of their de facto annexation.
He described the decision as a dangerous step towards entrenching apartheid and the forced displacement of Palestinians.
Nasser al-Din emphasized that this action is a continuation of a series of repressive policies in occupied Jerusalem, including repeated raids on Al-Aqsa Mosque, the destruction of homes, the arrest of youth, and the imposition of heavy restrictions on the movement of residents, the ultimate goal of which is to empty the city of its original inhabitants and replace it with a new colonial reality.
The Hamas leader stressed: Our nation will not retreat, and the occupiers are fully responsible for the consequences of these actions. All free people in the world must take immediate action to stop the crimes of annexation and displacement and protect the rights of our nation against these dangerous actions.
