ruler

PNN – An Arabic-language media outlet reported a joint conspiracy between the Palestinian Authority and the Israeli regime to appoint a Palestinian loyal to the Israeli regime as the ruler of Gaza.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, citing Al-Hadath, the Yedioth Ahronoth newspaper published a special report on its Hebrew website about the actions of an Israeli lobby group active in the United States to appoint Palestinian businessman Samir Halileh as the governor of the Gaza Strip.

Halila is an economist and a well-known political and business figure in the Palestinian Authority, residing in Ramallah. He has held high positions in the PA. He previously served as Secretary-General of the Palestinian Government and Deputy Minister of Economy and Trade of Palestine, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Palestinian Economic Policy Research Institute, Board Member of the Palestine Trade Center, CEO of Padico, the largest holding company in the Palestinian Authority, and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Palestine Stock Exchange.

Halila has very close ties to Bashar al-Masri, a Palestinian-American billionaire known for his good relations with the Trump administration.

According to the report, documents submitted to the US Department of Justice show that a lobbying group headed by Ben-Menashe has been working for Halileh in the United States for several months, and the stated goal of this campaign is to influence American decision-makers to promote Halileh as governor of Gaza. Ben-Menashe is a Zionist who has also worked in the Israeli intelligence service.

The implementation process of this decision began last year at the end of Joe Biden’s presidency in the United States and intensified with the coming to power of Donald Trump.

Ben-Manasseh confirmed the details of Halila’s plan to govern the Gaza Strip, saying that the move was important to him and was not just a business issue. Rather, “it is good for the Jews.”

Documents that Ben-Manasseh provided to the United States show that this plan includes the deployment of American and Arab forces in the Gaza Strip, recognition of Gaza’s special status by the United Nations, leasing land from Egypt to build an airport and seaport in Sinai, and obtaining gas exploration rights off the coast of Gaza for Israel, etc.

On the other hand, Halileh claims that the first necessary step to advance Gaza’s sovereignty is for both sides to commit to a permanent ceasefire and end the war. Without mentioning the absolute support of the people of Gaza for armed resistance against the Zionist regime in the most difficult circumstances, and without making any reference to the Zionist regime’s genocide in Gaza, he claimed that the Gaza Strip cannot be filled with the remaining weapons of Hamas or Jihad, because the people need to feel safe in their homes!
