Israeli regime media reported on Monday that the former British Prime Minister will lead a team tasked with persuading European countries to accept refugees from Gaza.
The Israeli Channel 12 announced on Monday that “Tony Blair,” the former Prime Minister of the United Kingdom, will take charge of a team whose task will be to persuade European countries to accept refugees from Gaza.
This comes as “Bazalel Smotrich,” the Minister of Finance of the Israeli regime, emphasized on Monday that Israel should encourage the residents of the Gaza Strip to migrate and leave this area.
Speaking to the Israeli Army Radio, he said, “The residents of Gaza live in poverty and hardship, and we should encourage them to migrate and leave this region.”
The cabinet minister continued, “If 100 or 200 thousand Arabs remain in Gaza, talking about the future will be very different.”
