Trump asked Americans to vote

PNN – Former US President Donald Trump and the most serious rival of current President Joe Biden asked the American people to vote on “Great Tuesday”.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, Donald Trump said on Tuesday, March 5 local time, after winning the court and confirming his eligibility to participate in the 2024 presidential election in all states: “Holy Tuesday is really important. Please go out and vote.”

March 5th is the biggest day of the primary stage of the US presidential election as 16 states will vote on what is called “Big Tuesday” or “Super Tuesday” to determine the Republican Party’s nominee for this year’s (November 2024) presidential election.

The vote on Big Tuesday is between former and controversial US President Donald Trump and former US Ambassador to the United Nations, Nikki Haley, so that the Republicans will nominate one of the two for the Democratic nominee.

On this day, 874 votes out of a total of 2,429 votes will be cast in the final congress, and usually the result of the Great Tuesday election determines the likely winner of the race.

Currently, Trump leads the Congress with 122 votes to Nikki Haley’s 24 votes.

This year’s US presidential election (November 2024) is a crucial moment for US President Joe Biden and former US President Donald Trump, who will be the main contenders for the Democratic and Republican presidential nominations, respectively.

With the largest number of delegates participating on Shrove Tuesday, strong performances by Biden and Trump put them that much closer to their party’s nomination.

Trump dominates the race, and Nikki Haley, the former US ambassador to the United Nations, is trying to keep her presence on the stage as Biden’s last major challenger. He polled more than 40 percent less than Trump in the February 27 primary in Michigan.

Haley even lost in his home state of South Carolina, where he had been elected governor twice, by more than 20 percentage points.

As the race heads into Big Tuesday, according to US media reports, the situation seems set for Trump to take a decisive lead over Haley. Trump’s team has put a lot of pressure on Haley to get out of the game, and another big win could be a big plus in their favor.

Haley has received significant campaign funding and has said he will remain in the race until the Republican National Convention in July, when delegates may choose another candidate in light of Trump’s legal troubles.

Candidates for the nomination of both the Republican and Democratic parties in the United States have been gradually introducing themselves for nomination for more than a year before the November elections.

Since 2016, when he became president for the first time, Trump has been one of the prominent figures of the Republican Party, who lost to his Democratic rival Joe Biden in the 2020 election.

The US presidential election will be held on November 5, 2024.
