Trump Found Guilty of Violating ‘Right to Remain Silent’, Meddling in 2016 Election”

According to RT, the Manhattan court found Donald Trump, the former president and the current candidate for the presidential election in November, guilty of tampering with commercial documents in order to influence the 2016 election in the case of paying hush money to an actor in pornographic films.

Manhattan District Court Judge Alvin Bragg, who is a member of the Democratic Party, last year accused Trump of 34 criminal offenses and claimed that the American Republican politician sought to hide information and illegal activities from American voters before and after the 2016 election. »

After two days of deliberations, the jury announced its verdict in this case last night and found Trump guilty of all charges. This is the first time that one of the presidents of the United States condemns for committing a crime.

Reacting to this verdict, Trump said: This trial was corrupt and shameful. The real vote will be given by the American people on November 5th. And we will continue to fight until the last moment and we will win.

The 34 charges are related to 11 invoices, 12 money orders and 11 checks that Trump signed monthly in the form of salary for his former employees, which includes the payment of $130,000 to the said actor. According to Bragg, this action is equivalent to falsifying commercial documents.

This case was opened based on the claim of Michael Cohen, Trump’s former lawyer, who said that Trump had ordered him to pay $130,000 to the actor and that he would not talk about his relationship with the US presidential candidate.

Many Republicans have called this trial ridiculous. Vivek Ramaswamy, former Republican presidential candidate, said: “If Trump is acquitted, the country will witness the damage done to our country by corrupt prosecutors, and if he is found guilty, the country will witness a man convicted of a crime that no one can forgive.” Choose that special name!
