Trump: Iran must negotiate with us anyway.
According to Al Jazeera, US President Donald Trump, without referring to the unconstructive approach regarding the conditions he has set for negotiations with Tehran, claimed: We have told Iran that it must negotiate with us in any form.
While Ansar Allah’s attacks on the occupied territories and the US Navy unit in the Red Sea continue, Trump claimed: The Houthis are fleeing and our forces have eliminated the worst elements of this group.
Reiterating his claim and despite statements by Yemeni officials that they act independently in their decisions, he claimed: The Houthis receive support from Iran and hoped that they would not be targeted by our attacks.
Without referring to the failure of the US military in confronting Ansar Allah and Washington’s appeal to send another ship to the waters of the region, Trump claimed: The attack on the Houthis was successful and the information presented in this case was not confidential.
Extensive negotiations with Russia and Ukraine
The US President added: Extensive negotiations are underway with Russia and Ukraine and good progress has been made in this regard.
He said: We believe that we can reach an agreement on the Ukraine war and that countries are also helping us to monitor this agreement.
Trump added: Important discussions are also underway regarding the conflicts in the Middle East.
Trump also said that we are reviewing the terms of the Black Sea agreement.
The so-called Black Sea agreement, also known as the Grain Agreement, was signed on July 22, 2022, by representatives of Russia, Turkey, Ukraine, and the United Nations.
In light of the tension and war between Moscow and Kiev, as the main parties to the agreement, the agreement lasted less than a year.
In another part of his speech, Trump also referred to the sanctions on Russia and said that we are evaluating the reduction of these sanctions.
