PNN – U.S. President Donald Trump, repeating his claim about Iran’s situation in the first term of his presidency and the inability to help Hamas and Hezbollah, promised that more “hostages” in the hands of Hamas will be released.
According to the report of Pakistan News Network, US President Donald Trump said in a speech in the US Congress on Thursday local time: I hope my greatest legacy will be known as a peacemaker and a unifier.
Referring to the October 7 operation by Hamas, Trump repeated his claims and said: Iran was bankrupt during the first term of my presidency and had no money to give to Hamas and Hezbollah.
According to international media reports, the President of the United States criticized Joe Biden’s policy towards Iran and claimed: To put it simply, they were literally bankrupt and when I left the White House, they started selling oil again and lifted their sanctions.
The Republican President of the United States also claimed: When I left power, we had no war, no problems and no inflation.

Referring to his victory in the US presidential election, Trump claimed that America is respected again in the world. He added: A few days before I took office, we saw some amazing results as my team successfully negotiated a ceasefire agreement in Gaza.
The American president attributed the Gaza ceasefire agreement to his victory in the American elections and said: The Gaza ceasefire agreement happened because I threatened that if I came to the White House and the hostages were not released, all hell would break loose.
The US president added that he will sign an executive order to appoint US Attorney General Pam Bundy as the head of a new task force aimed at combating anti-Christian bigotry in the country.
Without providing evidence of any bias, Trump said: The task force’s mission is to immediately end all forms of anti-Christian discrimination in the federal government.
In another part of his speech, Trump said he plans to meet with leaders of both parties in Congress to convince them to pass a separate bill to improve air traffic control systems in the United States.
The President of the United States added: I will talk to John and Mike and Chuck and everyone. We need to come together and pass a single bill on the best control system.
Trump added: When I land my plane privately, I use another country’s control system. I won’t tell you which country, but we use another country’s system.
