PNN – The President of the United States claimed that a ground attack against drug trafficking would begin soon.

According to the report of Pakistan News Network, quoting Al Jazeera Qatar, U.S. President Donald Trump, in his latest remarks about the alleged attack on drug-trafficking cartels in Venezuela, said: We will soon begin a ground attack on drug trafficking.

The U.S. President added: Work with Venezuela has gone beyond exerting pressure, and during a short phone call I had with Maduro, I informed him of some matters.

In another part of his remarks, Trump referred to the meeting of his special envoy Steve Witkoff in Moscow and his meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin, describing it as very good.

He said: Putin is seeking to end the war and return to trade with the United States.

Trump also addressed the issue of the ceasefire in Gaza and, without mentioning details or an exact time, only said that the second phase of this agreement would begin soon.
