According to the report of Pakistan News Network the Manhattan Court of New York in the United States officially sentenced Trump to pay 454 million and 200 thousand dollars in the case of fraud and corruption, including interest on the debt.
Donald Trump, the leading Republican candidate for the 2024 election, was sentenced on February 16 to pay about $355 million in fines and a 3-year ban on doing business in New York in a fraud and corruption case.
Based on this, after several court hearings in 3 months, Judge Arthur Ngoron sentenced Trump to pay a fine of 354,900,000 dollars plus interest and a 3-year ban on managing any business in New York City.
Donald Trump, his two eldest sons and dozens of employees of their family organization were accused of fraud and overstating the value of Trump’s assets and properties to get better loans and more favorable insurance terms over a decade.
The judge also banned Trump and his real estate companies named in the indictment from applying for loans to any financial institution in New York for three years.
Trump’s two sons, Jr. and Eric, who were among the other defendants in this case, were each sentenced to pay more than $4 million in fines. Interest was also included for all issued fines.
Of the total amount of debt issued plus interest, only more than $114,000 is the daily intended interest for Donald Trump, which will continue in case of non-payment.
A few days ago, New York Attorney General Letita James announced that if Donald Trump is unable to pay a $355 million fine in his fraud case, he will seize his assets, including his skyscrapers.
Donald Trump, after issuing this sentence, in a post on the social network Truth Social, the judge called the case and story of New York stupid and corrupt, and considered this case a kind of cover-up and political revenge and interference in the elections.

At the same time, Trump’s lawyers called these verdicts gross injustice and stated that they will definitely file an appeal against this sentence and believe that they can change the sentence with this request.
Trump also called the issuing of a $355 million fine to himself as interference in the election in the presence of thousands of his supporters in Michigan. While condemning this judge, he claimed that Judge Engoron is part of the conspiracy of the left party with the aim of preventing him from getting back to the White House.
Trump added: These numerous abuses of power are not the only attack on me. This is an attack on all the American people.
The Trump fraud case, filed in September 2022 by New York Attorney General Letitia James against Trump, his eldest sons, their companies and several executives.
New York prosecutors accused them of falsely declaring the value of their family company’s assets between $2.23 billion and $3.6 billion higher than their true value in order to get bank loans on better terms.
James stated that he has full confidence in the strength of the case and that corruption is not a victimless crime. This wasn’t just a simple mistake, it’s not something that can be ignored and the extent of the fraud was staggering.
This is despite the fact that a day after Trump was sentenced, the wife of an American investor launched a campaign to raise money to help Donald Trump pay the $355 million fine issued in his fraud and corruption case.
This internet campaign was launched by Elena Kardon, the wife of Grant Kardon, an American millionaire entrepreneur and investor.
If Trump is re-elected president, he could seek a pardon for any federal charges against him.
Trump has also won Iowa, New Hampshire and Nevada by significant margins over his other rivals.
