In recent days, Donald Trump’s positions on the Palestinian issue, especially the Gaza Strip, clearly and openly indicate a danger to the Palestinian issue, which, if the Islamic world is not vigilant, may have irreparable consequences similar to the occupation of Palestine in 1948, known as the Nakba (Day of Catastrophe).
The US President, who is in the early days of his second term, has recently adopted harsh and explicit positions against Palestine, especially the Gaza Strip, which deserve serious discussion and scrutiny.
He recently emphasized in statements that if the Zionist prisoners are not released, he will cancel the ceasefire agreement in Gaza and open the gates of hell to Hamas.
Contrary to the provisions of the ceasefire agreement in Gaza, Trump has threatened to cancel the ceasefire if all Zionist prisoners are not released by noon next Saturday.
The US President, who has tried to show himself to have a balanced policy in his second term, has completely pulled back the curtain on the Gaza issue and has threatened without concealment that he will stop the multi-billion dollar annual US aid to Jordan and Egypt if they do not comply with his policies.
He added: If Jordan and Egypt refuse to accept Palestinian refugees, he will stop the aid to these two countries.
Predicting that Jordan will probably accept Palestinian refugees from Gaza, he claimed against the wishes of the people of Gaza: They want to leave Gaza, of course, if we provide them with a suitable place, I believe some countries can do that!
Trump went even further and stated that the Palestinians who will be displaced from the Gaza Strip will never have the right to return to this strip!
